Joni shares a cowboy philosophy. Joni Harms sings "Cowboy Up."
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Joni Harms
Canby, OR
Joni Harms has a warm sincerity and ease to her voice—a voice that shines through on stories and melodies of a western way of life, making you feel you are part of the entire experience she sings about. Inspired by music legends such as Emmylou Harris and Merle Haggard, Joni weaves country, western, and swing into her songs. While she loves to write about rodeo, cowboys, and her experiences as a rancher and mother, her favorite songs to write are ballads and story songs. When she isn’t touring, she works on her family’s 1872 ranch in Canby, Oregon.
"Cowboy Up" words + music by Joni Harms, Wood Newton.
