Caleb sings about being caught in a place where you shouldn't be. Caleb Smith sings "The Ivory and the Iron."
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Caleb Smith
Broken Bow, NE
Raised on a ranch south of Broken Bow, Nebraska, Caleb Smith is no stranger to agriculture or the cowboy way of life. Working as a dayworker, bullfighter, and cowboy has allowed him to draw from real-life experience when writing. Caleb started playing guitar and singing in 2019, and in 2022, he joined the roots and Americana band Downtown Nowhere. Since then, he has continued to play shows both individually and on the road with the band. Caleb makes his Gathering debut this year solo. Caleb is a recipient of this year’s Rod McQueary & Sue Wallis scholarship.
