ABOUT THE ARTISTS
Olivia Harms
Vina, CA
Olivia Harms grew up on her family’s 150-year-old ranch in Canby, Oregon, where she spent her childhood chasing cows and riding horses, and accompanying her mother Joni Harms on tour. She made her stage debut at just two days old, and now, 30 years later, she is blazing her own trail in country music. Olivia blends elements of buckaroo, rodeo, and honky tonk to create a sound rooted in her western heritage. Passionate about revitalizing the western influence within country music, she tours the western states performing at rodeos and lifestyle events. She is accompanied by Wyatt Moss on fiddle and Karson Adams on guitar.
Carin Mari
Buena Vista, CO
Inspired by the mountains of Colorado where she was born and raised, Carin Mari is passionate about telling stories from the heart. Western music quickly became her focus when friend and mentor Michael Martin Murphey suggested she learn "I Want To Be a Cowboy's Sweetheart.” While pursuing her own career, Carin is also thrilled to be the lead guitar player in Murphey’s Rio Grande Band. Carin co-produced her new album, "Home, which is her fourth professional project as a solo artist.
Katie McCall-Owen
Twin Falls, ID
Cowboy poet Katie McCall-Owen grew up reciting classics, first with her family and then at gatherings. Katie works in town, but still brands and works cows with friends and family every chance she gets. After stepping away from poetry for nearly 20 years, she is writing more originals than ever while also reciting works from poets she admires. With her husband Greg, she raised three children who all recite and occasionally write poems and stories. Katie hopes to inspire some of the younger generations, including her nine grandchildren, to enjoy and carry on western and cowboy cultures through cowboy poetry.
