ABOUT THE ARTIST
Patricia Frolander
Sundance, WY
Patricia Frolander, Wyoming's fifth Poet Laureate, lives and works in the Black Hills on her fifth-generation ranch near Sundance. She has garnered two coveted National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum Wrangler Awards, two Willa Cather Awards, and a High Plains Book Award among others, and is featured in many anthologies. Pat’s work focuses on community, family, nature, and ranch life. She is at work on her fourth collection of poems.
